We interviewed 3 companies. Rivera Concrete was not the highest, or the lowest in price. What sold us was the passion Raul has for his work, and it paid off for us. David, who came out to do the work went above and beyond our expiations. Talk about someone who takes great pride in his work! We thought there was only one type of finish to a sidewalk. He asked us what type of finish we wanted and explained the differences. Because of his expertise we have a sidewalk and a retaining wall that is 100% nicer than we expected. We contracted Rivera Concrete to install an addition to our driveway and a stamped two-level patio at the back of our home and curved sidewalk with 10 steps to connect the new patio with the upper portion of our house. Rivera did fantastic work for us! We had a fairly large patio put in with a walkway. We also have land that goes uphill in the area we wanted out patio. Rivera leveled it out, poured a beautiful patio for us, and did it all in-between various rain showers. They leveled the walkway to match our driveway which slants downward to the side. They came back and completed a retaining wall for us as well with a back fill, even covering our drain pipe from the gutters. When looking to redo a drive way I got multiple quotes. Rivera concretes prices were very competitive and right in the middle of the quotes we received. Monica and Raul are a pleasure to work with, after the initial pour there were issues with standing water in a section.
